Josephine Mensah has over 8+ years of professional experience in career coaching, employment services and human resources practices. She believes in community-minded initiatives for job-seekers, young professionals and new Canadians!

Josephine graduated from Concordia University with a BA in Sociology and minor in Liberal Arts in 2011.
She has worked as an Employment Counselor/Job Developer for the YWCA’s Employment and Learning Centre in Saskatoon, SK. and gained a CHRP (CPHR in SK) candidacy status as well as is a Certified Life/Executive Coach Practitioner.

Along with her part-time role as a Project Coordinator for the FCRP Mentorship at OCISO, Josephine is self-employed as a Career Coach/Speaker and facilitates workshops for those seeking career changes and aspiring entrepreneurs.
