Anselme Nsoga is a Human Resources Manager at Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC), Shared Human Resources Services (SHRS). Anselme is charge with delivering off the shelve Human Resources solutions in the areas of talent search, staffing, assessment tools development, competencies assessment and stakeholders management to Medium and Small Departments Agencies. Prior to joining the PSPC, Anselme completed projects on talent search, recruitment, selection and assessment for the Public Service Commission of Canada ((Innovation Branch) (2017) and Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada ((Toronto Regional Office) (2016)). Led the review and Implementation of the International Joint Commission (Canadian Section) Common Human Resources Business Process; the 2012 Deficit Reduction Action Plan (DRAP); PeopleSoft 9.1 and Phoenix Pay systems On-boarding exercises (2012 to 2015).
Anselme has over the last 18 years worked in (executive)/talent search, recruitment and selection, behavioral and technical competencies assessment, competencies profiles development, workforce management, change management, communication (communities outreaching), client relationship management, executive performance and compensation management and HR Business processes reviews and analysis. He is also involved with communities, assisting new citizens looking for opportunities to enter the Canadian work force by providing seminars on interviews techniques, Bias free interview techniques and effective communication multifaceted diversity. Anselme holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Quebec. Completed Managers Development Programs (Canadian School of Public Service) and the Mini MBA for Executives at McGill University.
